Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Buzzberry, an interest-based social and creator platform operated by Bytebit LTD ("Bytebit", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using Buzzberry, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Buzzberry does not permit minor accounts.

2. Accounts and Profiles

3. How Discovery and Chats Work

Buzzberry recommends identifiable profiles using interests and other permitted signals. It does not provide anonymous chat, random matching, or chat roulette. A private chat opens only after the recipient accepts an intro request. A newly accepted chat normally has a 60-minute active period. Eligible users may extend or preserve a conversation through features shown in the app. We do not guarantee that any recommendation, request, friendship, or conversation will be available or successful.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Buzzberry to:

5. User Content and Safety

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Bytebit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, display, distribute to your selected audience, and moderate that content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve Buzzberry.

You are responsible for having the rights and consent required for your content. We may filter, blur, limit, review, remove, or preserve content; restrict features; suspend or terminate accounts; and cooperate with lawful requests. Users can report content or accounts and block other users. Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate removal.

6. Creator Features

Eligible adults may enable creator features, subject to verification, content review, regional availability, and additional payout or tax requirements. Creator content must comply with these Terms and applicable store rules. We may hold, adjust, reverse, or refuse creator earnings associated with fraud, chargebacks, refunds, removed content, legal obligations, or policy violations. Displayed balances are not a bank account and are payable only after all eligibility and verification requirements are satisfied.

7. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Virtual Currency

On Apple platforms, Apple's standard licensed application end-user license agreement applies where required: Apple Standard EULA.

8. Calls, Messages, and Media

Communications can involve risk. Do not share sensitive information unless you choose to and trust the recipient. Secret or expiring media controls do not guarantee that another person cannot record content by external means. Buzzberry may process communications for delivery, safety, support, and legal compliance as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim that all Buzzberry messages are end-to-end encrypted.

9. Account Suspension and Deletion

You may request account deletion in Settings. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for violations, safety risks, fraud, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity. Some limited safety, payment, refund, and audit records may remain after deletion as explained in the Privacy Policy and Account and Data Deletion instructions.

10. Intellectual Property

Buzzberry's software, design, trademarks, and original service content belong to Bytebit or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

11. Third-Party Services

Buzzberry relies on third-party platforms and providers. Their terms may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

12. Service Changes and Availability

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every error will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bytebit and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Bytebit LTD, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
