Community Guidelines

Buzzberry is an 18+ interest-based social and creator platform. These Guidelines explain the behavior and content we allow so people can discover identifiable profiles and choose whether to start a conversation safely.

1. Consent Comes First

• Respect a person's choice not to accept an intro request, continue a chat, call, or receive media.
• Do not pressure anyone to share personal, sexual, financial, or location information.
• Do not distribute intimate content without the freely given consent of every person shown.
• Expiring or secret media does not give permission to save, record, or redistribute it.

2. Adults Only

Buzzberry is only for people aged 18 or older. Content that sexualizes, exploits, depicts, or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes is prohibited. We may immediately remove accounts and report suspected child exploitation to the appropriate authorities.

3. Be Authentic

• Use an account that represents you and provide accurate age information.
• Do not impersonate another person, organization, or public figure.
• Do not operate fake profiles, coordinated engagement, scams, or automated accounts.
• Do not misrepresent creator content, pricing, benefits, or relationships.

4. No Harassment or Hate

• No threats, stalking, bullying, blackmail, doxxing, intimidation, or targeted sexual harassment.
• No hateful attacks or dehumanizing content based on protected characteristics.
• No promotion or glorification of terrorism, violent extremism, or credible violence.
• No encouragement of suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous challenges.

5. Keep Content Legal and Safe

• No illegal sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, trafficking, or sexual exploitation.
• No instructions or transactions for serious wrongdoing, weapons abuse, or controlled substances.
• No graphic violence intended to shock, celebrate harm, or threaten another person.
• No malware, phishing, credential theft, copyright infringement, or privacy violations.

6. No Spam or Manipulation

• Do not send repetitive, unsolicited, deceptive, or mass intro requests and messages.
• Do not manipulate recommendations, votes, reactions, referrals, gifts, payouts, or virtual currency.
• Do not advertise or solicit off-platform payments through misleading or coercive behavior.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

Use the in-app report and block controls when something feels unsafe. Reports are reviewed using the available context. Depending on severity and history, we may warn a user, limit discovery or messaging, remove content, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, reverse abusive transactions, or contact authorities where required.

We consider context, intent, severity, credible risk, and repeated behavior. Attempts to evade enforcement may lead to additional restrictions. If you believe we made a mistake, contact privacy@buzzberry.net.
